A woman was arrested in Orlando on allegations of allowing a toddler to steer a car, which crashed at an apartment complex. According to police, the car crashed into several vehicles Sunday in the 4800 block of Cypress Woods Drive in Orlando. A witness told police he saw a 3-year-old boy with his hands on the wheel, steering the car while he sat in the lap of a woman. Police arrested the woman, identified as Volanda Cousar, 47, on charges of careless driving and child abuse. The Florida Department of Children and Families was notified of the incident.
