MADISON, WV : Driver and two students taken to hospital after bus accident on Friday, November, 3rd 2017

A Boone County school bus driver and two students were taken to a medical facility on the afternoon of Nov. 3 after the bus they were on wrecked through a guardrail and over an embankment on Riverside Drive near Scott High School in Madison.

None of the injuries were believed to be serious. The bus was transporting middle school and high school students. After three hours, the road was reopened to traffic in the late afternoon. School officials are investigating the cause of the accident.
