Norwich,CT : Crews responding to rollover crash on I-395 in Norwich on February, Wednesday 14th 2018

Crews responded to rollover crash Wednesday morning involving a vehicle and unoccupied police cruiser on Interstate 395 northbound in Norwich, state police said. The crash happened around 8 a.m. in the area of the Exit 18 ramp to Route 97 and cars were being detoured, police said at the scene.
