Holyoke residents Moira Murphy and Brian Callahan, killed in car crash in Springfield Massachusetts

A Springfield man has pleaded not guilty to causing a car crash that killed two Holyoke residents.Jonathan Lopez was ordered held on $40,000 cash bail after pleading not guilty Monday to vehicular homicide, failure to stop for a red light and leaving the scene.Two people died and two others were injured when their vehicle was struck by another vehicle that allegedly ran a red light at about 2 a.m. Sunday.Mayor Alex Morse says the victims were his friends and identified them as Moira Murphy and Brian Callahan, both 23.Police say Lopez and his passenger had left the scene by the time officers arrived.Morse mourned his friends on his Facebook page.
