Clackamas, OR : Fatal crash involving TriMet bus, cyclist near Clackamas Town Center on Wednesday, November 26, 2014

A 60-year-old man was killed Wednesday night in a crash that involved a TriMet bus, according to Oregon State Police. The crash happened at 82nd Avenue and Causey Avenue in Clackamas County. Oregon State Police were called to the scene just before 6 p.m. Lt. Josh Brooks, with OSP, said a 60-year-old man approached the bus with his bicycle just after the bus finished picking up or dropping off passengers at a bus stop. The man started hitting the side of the bus and when it pulled away, the man fell and was run over by the bus' rear wheels and killed, Brooks said.
