Orlando,FL : 2 hospitalized after crash at Lakeview Apartments on August, Friday 4th 2017

Two people were taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center on Friday night one as a trauma alert after a car crash at an apartment complex, officials said.

Witnesses told News 6 that a driver swerved and hit several cars at Lakeview Apartments, which is a gated complex at 4444 Rio Grande Ave.

Crews with Orange County Fire Rescue responded to the scene and transported the two injured victims.

The Florida Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
