York County, SC : Driver killed in ATV accident on Springwood Lane, near where Quinn lived early Tuesday morning, October 18, 2016

The driver of an ATV was killed in York County early Tuesday morning.

The SC Department of Public Safety says a 2005 Suzuki went off the road and overturned. The driver, identified by the York County Coroner's Office as 47-year-old Donald S. Quinn, was thrown and killed.

It happened around 12:23 a.m. on Springwood Lane, near where Quinn lived.

Quinn was not wearing a helmet.

No other vehicles were involved, officials say.
