BUFFALO, NY : 2 people die in Cattaraugus County head-on collision on Saturday, 17th June 2023

Three people have died following in a head-on collision that happened Saturday afternoon in Cattaraugus County, in a crash that involved siblings.

New York State Police troopers in Machias were called to the scene at 12:05 p.m. Saturday.

A man was driving 2006 Dodge Ram west on Freedom Road when it crossed the center line and struck an eastbound 2005 Ford Focus, which was driven by his sister, according to state police.
