FORT SMITH, AR : 19-year-old killed in single vehicle crash in Fort Smith on Saturday, 27th July 2024

One person is dead after a single vehicle crash in Sebastian County.

According to a crash report from the Arkansas Department of Public Safety (DPS), the crash occurred on July 27 at 12:54 a.m. in Fort Smith.

The report says that 19-year-old Luis Morales-Leiva was driving west on Rogers Avenue "at a high rate of speed" when he lost control and collided with a large sign.
