Scranton, PA : Dunmore man critical after Schuylkill County crash on Saturday, November 5, 2016

A Dunmore man remains in critical condition at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest after a crash in Schuylkill County, according to a hospital spokeswoman.

Stephen J. Morris III, 25, was negotiating a left curve about 1 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 81 when he veered onto the left shoulder and knocked down a road sign, state police said in a news release.

He then traveled back onto the roadway, crossed both lanes, and stopped on the right shoulder.

State police say Mr. Morris then wandered on foot along the shoulder before he hopped over the guardrail and collapsed.
