Colville, WA : Motorcyclist was hospitalized Wednesday afternoon after he hit a deer on U.S. Highway 395 on October 1st 2014

A motorcyclist was hospitalized Wednesday afternoon after he hit a deer 3 miles south of Colville. Larry Lee Boeger, 67, was riding his 2013 Yamaha XV195 north on U.S. Highway 395 when he struck the deer. He was transported to Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center where he was listed in serious condition Wednesday night. Boeger, of Kettle Falls, was wearing a helmet.
