One person was killed and five others were injured Thursday afternoon in a north Charlotte crash.
The crash happened on West WT Harris Boulevard shortly before 2 p.m., and involved multiple vehicles, according to Medic.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene and one person was taken to a hospital for serious injuries, Medic reported. Four other people were also taken to hospitals for treatment.
WT Harris Boulevard is closed between West Sugar Creek and Old Statesville Road while officials investigate the crash, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said.
