Man killed in Wednesday motorcycle accident identified
The motorcycle rider who died late Wednesday after he failed to negotiate a turn in South Seattle and fell onto Interstate 5 has been identified by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office as Christopher Robertson, 37, of Seattle.
Robertson was riding on South Michigan Street trying to enter I-5 about 11 p.m. when he drove into a barrier and fell over an overpass onto the shoulder of I-5, according to Julie Startup, with the Washington State Patrol.
He was ejected from his motorcycle and fell about 50 feet, she said.
