WARWICK, RI : Driver suspected of DUI in Warwick crash on Friday, 30th June 2023

A driver was arrested Friday for suspicion of driving under the influence in a crash in Warwick that sent the driver and another person to the hospital.

The crash occurred on Main Ave in Warwick near Brentwood Drive, involving a total of two cars.

Police told NBC 10 crews on the scene there was one person in each car, who were both hospitalized. The police chief said firefighters had to use equipment to get one of the drivers out of the car.
