LUZERNE COUNTY, PA : Deadly crash on Route 115 in Luzerne County on Friday, 5th February 2021

According to state police, the victim was a 37-year-old woman from Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Officials say she was a rear-seat passenger in a car driven by a man from Baltimore.

The driver and another passenger from New York were injured and taken to a local hospital.

Officials say the crash happened when the driver of the car lost control on the snow-covered road, crossed into the opposite lane, and hit the dump truck head-on.

The driver of the dump truck was not hurt.
