SARASOTA COUNTY, FL : Crash involving semi-truck, dump truck on I-75 in Sarasota County causing major traffic delays on Thursday, 30th May 2024

Drivers in southern Sarasota County saw major traffic delays on Interstate 75 after a semi-truck and dump truck collided.

It happened just after 5:30 a.m. on northbound I-75 at mile marker 194. According to Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) traffic maps, the crash happened just beyond Exit 193 for Jacaranda Boulevard. This is in the Venice area. Few details are available about this crash.
