Atlanta,GA : 14-year-old boy critically injured in Auburn accident on June, Thursday 15th 2017

A 14-year-old boy seriously injured in a four-vehicle accident on Thursday in Auburn remains in critical condition in Atlanta.

The boy was airlifted to Columbus Midtown Medical Center after the accident before being transported to Egleston Children Hospital at Emory University.

He was one of three injured, including a 13-year-old male and a 39-year-old female, when the vehicle they were in was struck in the rear by a Ford pickup truck at the intersection of Shug Jordan Parkway and North College Street.

The accident remains under investigation by the Auburn Police Division.
