SACRAMENTO, CA : Woman hit killed in south Sacramento on Wednesday, 18th October 2023

A pedestrian was hit and killed Wednesday in south Sacramento near the Valley Hi/ North Laguna neighborhood.

The crash happened around 7 a.m. near Mack Road and Summersdale Drive, according to the Sacramento Police Department. Upon arrival, officers found a woman with serious injuries. She died at the scene. The woman's identity has not been released.
