Rye, NY : Two people killed in a multivehicle crash on Interstate 95 in Rye on Monday afternoon, February 2, 2015

New York state police say a multi-vehicle crash has claimed a life on Interstate 95 in Rye.

Northbound lanes of the highway between exits 21 and 22 were closed on Monday afternoon.

The cause was not immediately known. The crash occurred as snow and freezing rain hindered travel throughout the region.
