Green Valley, AZ : One injured in rear-end crash Friday morning on April, Friday 7th 2017

One woman was sent to the hospital following a rear-end car crash in Green Valley this morning.

The Green Valley Fire District responded around 8 a.m. to the Calle del Chancero, between La Canada Drive and Interstate 19. The 68-year-old female driver of one vehicle and the 74-year-old male driver of the other were not injured, but a 70-year-old female passenger had to be transported to St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson.

All drivers were wearing their seat belts, the GVFD said.
