TRUSSVILLE, AL : 82-year-old woman dies in vehicle crash in Trussville on Monday, 12th February 2024

A Trussville woman has died after a two-vehicle collision Monday afternoon.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office says the accident happened around 2:22 pm when two vehicles collided on Carrington Drive at Gadsden Highway in Trussville.

The coroner has identified the woman as 82-year-old Leola W. Manuel.

She was taken to UAB Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
