Columbus,OH : 6-9 vehicle crash closes NB I-71/75 in NKY on January, Thursday 4th 2018

All lanes are open again on northbound Interstate 71/75 before Dixie Highway.
A multi-vehicle crash closed the highway shortly after 7:30 a.m., bringing the morning commute to a grinding halt.

As many as six to eight vehicles may be involved, Kenton County dispatchers said.

Traffic was at a virtual standstill with cars crawling by in the far left lane at about 6 mph.

Even though the highway is open, major delays are lingering as you head out of Northern Kentucky into downtown Cincinnati.

An ambulance was sent to the scene as a precaution, but no injuries were reported, dispatchers said.
