NESS COUNTY, KS : One man died and another was injured in a car crash in Ness County on Saturday, 20th July 2024

One man died, and another was injured in a fatal car crash in Ness County.

It happened on Saturday before 2 p.m. on K-4 east of Brownell.

Kansas Highway Patrol said Sidney Osborne was driving west on K-4 when his Chevy Silverado went left of the center line, into the eastbound lane and the south ditch.

KHP said it hit a truck driven by Joseph Vasquez in the front driver’s side, causing his truck to roll.

Vasquez was pronounced dead and Osborne was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
