LOS ANGELES, CA : One killed in crash on the northbound 101 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles on Thursday, 5th November, 2020

One person was killed Thursday morning in a crash on the northbound 101 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles.

The crash was reported about 4:15 a.m. near the Alameda Street exit, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Details of what led up to the crash were not immediately available.

Northbound lanes of the freeway at Alameda Street were closed until shortly before 7 a.m. while an investigation was conducted.
