BOWLING GREEN, MO : Bowling Green man injured in crash on Tuesday, October 3, 2017

A 45-year-old Bowling Green man was taken to Mercy Hospital Lincoln in Troy for treatment of moderate injuries suffered in a single-vehicle crash Monday in Pike County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 1999 Ford F-350 driven by Leslie P. Brown was heading east in the crossover of U.S. 61 just north of Route WW at 11:30 a.m. when the truck crossed the opposing lanes of the highway to enter a private drive. The truck ran off the right side of the drive and struck a tree.

The Pike County Ambulance Service assisted.
