ROANOKE COUNTY, VA : Crash cleared from I-81 in Roanoke County on Sunday, 10th September 2023

A big rig crash on I-81 in Roanoke County Saturday night had all northbound traffic lanes closed as of 12:30 a.m. Sunday, according to VDOT.

The crash happened at mile marker 134 around 10:45 p.m. going northbound. VDOT reported traffic backups to be about two miles in the northbound lanes.

There is no word so far regarding injuries.
