Hartford, CT : Scooter rider, 17, in critical condition after Hartford crash on Monday, 19th August 2019

A teen scooter rider is in serious condition after a crash with a motorcycle in Hartford Monday night, police said.
The collision happened at New Park Avenue and Merrill Street shortly before 9:45 p.m., they said. Arriving officers found two riders in the road, injured.The scooter rider, a 17-year-old, was taken to Hartford Hospital to be treated for severe injuries, police said. The 29-year-old motorcyclist is expected to survive.
