An SUV reported stolen Sunday in Quincy was involved in a crash Monday morning in Camp Point.
The Adams County Sheriff's Department said the 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee was being driven by Trentasia S. Ball, 18, of Quincy, around the lake at the Arrowhead Heights Golf Course, when she backed it into the pond while trying to turn around the vehicle.
Ball and passengers Tabitha J. Deverger, 19, of Quincy, and Dreshawn N. Steele, 26, of Camp Point, were able to exit the vehicle. All three were taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment, though no injuries were reported.
The Quincy Police Department confirmed that the vehicle was reported stolen Sunday from the 1700 block of Monroe. The investigation into that case is ongoing.
The Sheriff's Department said charges in the crash are pending.
Assisting were the Adams County Ambulance Service and Camp Point Fire Department.
