JAMES ISLAND, SC : Deputies investigating fatal crash on James Island on Thursday, 8th February 2024
James Island, South Carolina
First responders were called to a fatal single-vehicle crash on James Island Thursday evening.
The crash happened at the intersection of Dills Bluff Road and Fort Johnson Road around 5:45 p.m., according to Charleston County Dispatch.
Charleston County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Lexi Douglas said the driver, the sole occupant of the vehicle, died in the crash.
