Nashville, TN : Motorcyclist in critical condition following crash in Lakewood on Sunday, Aug 23, 2015

A motorcyclist is in critical condition after police say he crashed in Lakewood.

The man was riding on Old Hickory Boulevard when he slammed into a construction sign around 8 p.m. Sunday.

The man's passenger was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

None of the construction workers on scene were hurt.
