Late night crash brings traffic to a crawl in Port Allen Louisiana

A crash on I-10 West brought traffic to a standstill Monday night. First responders said only one car was involved.
State Police said an ambulance helicopter had to land on the interstate to rescue an unknown number of people injured.
The crash scene is at mile marker 144, between Port Allen and Grosse Tete.
