CAMERON, NC : 4 adults, 2 children injured in Moore County crash on U.S. Highway 1 near N.C. Highway 24/27 on Thursday, 3rd January 2019

Six people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Thursday night in Moore County.

Authorities said a Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck and a Hyundai Sonata collided on U.S. Highway 1 near N.C. Highway 24/27 at about 6:20 p.m.

Two adults in the pickup truck as well as two adults and two children in the Hyundai were taken to First Health Moore Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Images from the scene show the Hyundai appeared to have T-boned the pickup truck.

Authorities did not say what caused the crash or if charges will be filed.
