Deltona ,FL : Ten people injured after Crash on Wednesday ,July 22 2015

Ten people, including six children, were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Volusia County, authorities said.

The crash happened on Normandy Boulevard at Wanda Lane, east of Interstate 4 in Deltona.

Deputies said the cars slammed into each other, trapping two people. Emergency crews freed the victims.

Several of the crash victims were taken to hospitals, but none of the injuries were life-threatening, according to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said two adults were to taken Central Florida Regional hospital, including one with traumatic injuries. All six children involved in the accident were taken to Fish Memorial Hospital.

The ages of the children were not immediately known.

A Local 6 viewer captured cellphone video of the aftermath, showing the crashed cars, one of which flipped upside down.
