One person was killed in a motorcycle crash in northern Sedgwick County on Tuesday, officials said.

Emergency crews were called to 101st North and Broadway at 1:26 p.m. for a wreck involving a motorcycle, a dispatch supervisor said. One person was taken to a hospital in critical condition.

The 30-year-old Harvey County man later died of his injuries, Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Sgt. Lanon Thompson said. He was not identified, pending notification of family.

A pickup pulling a trailer was eastbound on 101st when the driver pulled into the intersection at Broadway, Thompson said. The northbound motorcycle then collided with the pickup.
