Lawrenceville, GA : Woman ID'd after fatal single-vehicle crash in Barrow County on Wednesday, 2nd May 2018

A woman is dead after her vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree on Highway 82 in Barrow County Wednesday morning.

Jennifer Pringle, 30, of Acworth, was driving in her Nissan Xterra when it left the road and she over-corrected to get it back on the highway, said Barrow County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Ryan Sears, a spokesman for the agency.

“This was a single-vehicle collision where speed was a factor,” Sears said. “The driver over-corrected, which caused the vehicle to roll before striking a tree and coming to rest. The only occupant and victim was identified as Jennifer Pringle.”
