Lawsuit filed in crash that killed lacrosse coach near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

A college lacrosse player who was injured when her team's bus veered off the Pennsylvania Turnpike and crashed is suing the bus company.
Lawyers for Seton Hill University freshman Amanda Michalski said they filed the lawsuit Thursday against Mlaker Transportation.

Thirty-year-old coach Kristina Quigley, her unborn son and 61-year-old driver Anthony Guaetta were killed. Michalski's lawyer Shanin Specter says Guaetta was negligent and reckless.Mlaker's lawyer, Stephen Geduldig, says he hasn't seen the lawsuit. But he calls the accident an unimaginable tragedy and says the company's cooperating with the police investigation.

Michalski's listed in good condition at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. Her lawyers say she suffered multiple fractures and internal injuries.
A Thursday night vigil is planned at the school's Greensburg campus and Quigley's funeral is Friday in Baltimore.
