CARROLL COUNTY, GA : Pedestrian struck and killed in morning I-20 crash on Tuesday, 24th October 2023

A pedestrian was struck and killed early Tuesday along I-20 in Carroll County, Georgia State Patrol said.

It happened just before Temple-Carrollton Road/GA-113. According to GSP, the pedestrian "entered the eastbound lanes from the median." It was not clear why the person had gone onto the interstate.
