Four separate crashes near the entrance of the O’Neill Tunnel slowed northbound traffic on I-93 this morning, according to State Police.
19 cars were involved in the crashes, and one possible injury has been reported. According to State Police, the crash involved vehicles in the left lane. WCVB reported “several miles of backups.”
According to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, all involved vehicles have been cleared and all lanes have been reopened. “Residual” traffic delays are expected.
