LOUISVILLE, KY : Crash in Old Louisville leaves 5 injured including LMPD officer and sheriff's deputy on Tuesday, 18th April 2023

An accident in Old Louisville has left five people injured including a Louisville police officer and a Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputy.

According to Metro Police, Fourth Division officers were responding to a shooting in the 100 block of West Kentucky Street around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday.

As they were headed to the scene, an accident was reported on South First and East St. Catherine Streets.
