Bloomfield, WI : Three people were dead in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday evening September 17th 2014

Three people were killed in a two-vehicle crash in Walworth County Wednesday evening, according to a release from the Bloomfield Police Department. Officers were called to County Road B east of Spring Creek Road at 8:25 p.m. for a report of a crash and found two vehicles with severe front-end damage and one of the vehicles on its roof. A woman driving one vehicle and the driver and passenger of the second vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identities are not being released pending the notification of family members. The Wisconsin State Patrol Technical Reconstruction Unit is assisting with the investigation. County Road B was closed for more than four hours during the investigation. The Town of Linn Police Department, Village of Genoa City Police Department and Bloomfield-Genoa Fire and Rescue Department assisted at the scene.
