Middletown, OH : One dead in a single-vehicle crash in Middletown early Thursday on August 14, 2014

A 59-year-old man died in a single-vehicle crash in Middletown early Thursday, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Reginald Mack went on the wrong side of the road as he turned from Bonita Drive onto Roosevelt Boulevard about 12:30 a.m., the patrol's Lebanon post said. He then drove back over to the median, where his vehicle struck a tree. Mack was taken to Atrium Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, a dispatcher said.
