Arcade, NY : Florida man dies from motorcycle accident in Wyoming County on Wednesday, August 3, 2016

A Florida man died Thursday of injuries he suffered in a motorcycle accident on Genesee Road, Wyoming County sheriff’s deputies said.

William R. Fuller, 60, of Largo was westbound at 11:17 a.m. Wednesday when he lost control coming out of a curve, said Sgt. Erik Tamol. He struck an embankment and mailbox post.

Fuller was then thrown from the motorcycle and came to rest off the north side of the road.

Fuller complained of shoulder and hip pain. He was taken by ambulance to Arcade Fire Hall, where he was then taken by Mercy Flight to Erie County Medical Center, but passed away about 1 a.m. at the hospital.
