Erving, MA : Authorities identify victim in Erving fatal car crash on Saturday, 4th May 2019

Authorities have identified the man killed in a two-car crash in Erving Saturday as 68-year-old Phillip A. Reed of Hinsdale, New Hampshire.

Spokesperson for Northwest District Attorney David Sullivan, Mary Carey said Reed was killed when his car collided with another, driven by 19-year-old Andrej Olijaca of Concord, on Route 63 in Erving.

Olijaca was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident with injury or death, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, receiving a stolen vehicle, use of a motor vehicle without authority and a civil infraction of failure to keep within marked lanes.
