FRANKFORT, NY : Serious car crash closes portion of Higby Road on Saturday, February 17th 2017

Emergency crews were at the scene of a serious two-car accident on Higby Road late Saturday night.

Higby Road was closed from Brockway Road to Graffenburg Road as authorities investigated the scene, Herkimer County 911 dispatchers said.

State police, frankfort town police, Frankfort Hill firefighters and Frankfort Center firefighters responded, as well as Edwards Ambulance.
