LINCOLN COUNTY, NC : Woman not wearing seat belt dies in Lincoln County crash on Sunday, 17th December 2023

A Clover woman was killed when she drove off a Lincoln County road Sunday night, state troopers said.
North Carolina State Highway Patrol responded to a crash on Bill Ledford Road near Cat Square Road in the Vale area a little before 10 p.m. Sunday night. When troopers arrived at the scene, they found a 2007 Ford Fusion crashed in a ditch. Troopers said the driver, 35-year-old Brook Morgan White, was driving east when her vehicle crossed the center line, went off the left side of the road and ran into the ditch.
