Detroit, MI : Police seek tips in fatal hit-and-run crash on Sunday, September 7, 2014

Authorities are seeking the driver of a sky blue Chevrolet Caprice involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash on Detroit's east side. The Detroit News says the custom-painted Caprice should have damage to its driver's side. Police say the driver was speeding south on Gratiot about 8:30 p.m. Sunday when the car sideswiped a pickup truck. The pickup then swerved head-on into a Chevrolet Impala. The Impala's driver was killed. Police say the pickup's driver and a passenger in the truck were injured.
