North Platte, NE : Family unhurt in rollover accident on May, Tuesday 9th 2017

A family was unhurt when an SUV flipped over Tuesday on Interstate 80, officials said.

The Nebraska State Patrol was called about 1:50 p.m. to mile marker 183. Witnesses told troopers that a U-Haul trailer being pulled by an SUV had fishtailed before the vehicle rolled onto its roof.

State Trooper Carolyn O’Brien said the 35-year-old driver, his wife and 2 ½ -year-old child all were uninjured. The family was moving from Utah to Florida.

Seat belts and a car seat for the child were in use, O’Brien said.
