LEE COUNTY, FL : Cape Coral man killed following early morning hit-and-run on Sunday, 16th April 2023

A Cape Coral man has been killed following an early morning crash in North Fort Myers.

A pickup truck, believed to be a possible 2016 to 2019 Chevrolet Silverado, was traveling south of US-41 prior to the exit off North Shore Park around 7:00am this morning.

A 61-year-old Cape Coral man was in the area near the road, when the front end of the truck made contact. The man died at the scene.
