Dover, DE : A trooper was killed on April, Wednesday 26th 2017

Delaware State Police are mourning after a trooper was killed in the line of duty.
Delaware State Police Corporal Stephen Ballard, originally from Bowie, Maryland, was killed outside a gas station while on a traffic stop.
That murder lead to a nearly 20 hour standoff
It's a scene Sue Hama never expected in her quiet Middletown neighborhood.
