Richmond, VA : Driver in single-vehicle crash in Powhatan killed on Sunday, August 20, 2017

The driver of a vehicle that overturned in the 2300 block of Anderson Highway in Powhatan County early Sunday was killed in the crash, according to Virginia State Police.State police responded to the crash at 12:39 a.m. They said the driver was not wearing a seat belt.

Police did not identify the driver.

The crash remains under investigation.
